Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DigitalMenu.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Service Description

DigitalMenu provides software tools that allow restaurants and hospitality businesses to:

  • Create digital menus
  • Publish menus online
  • Share menus through QR codes
  • Manage menu content
  • Manage translations and menu presentation
  • Access analytics and related features

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • Protecting login credentials
  • Providing accurate information
  • Activities performed through your account

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized account access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service unlawfully
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Circumvent subscription limits
  • Disrupt service operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

User Content

Users retain ownership of all content uploaded to DigitalMenu.

By uploading content, you grant DigitalMenu a limited license to store, process, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Users are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of uploaded content.

Menu Information Responsibility

Restaurants are solely responsible for:

  • Menu accuracy
  • Pricing accuracy
  • Ingredient information
  • Allergen information
  • Nutritional information
  • Dietary claims
  • Regulatory compliance

DigitalMenu does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of restaurant-provided information.

Subscription and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscription fees are billed through Stripe and may be charged on a monthly or annual basis.

Pricing may change in the future. Changes will not affect billing periods already paid for.

Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through the billing management area.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds for previously paid billing periods unless required by applicable law.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, and events outside our control may affect service availability.

Intellectual Property

DigitalMenu, including its software, branding, design, and platform functionality, remains the property of DigitalMenu and its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalMenu shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Lost profits
  • Lost business opportunities
  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions

DigitalMenu's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Create security risks
  • Engage in abuse or fraud
  • Harm the platform or other users

Users may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on this page.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.
